The Alexander Technique is a body/mind practice that helps to re-pattern habits of tension that have become unconsciously fixed in the body, restoring the ability to move with ease, balance and freedom.

Temple has taught musicians, social workers, sign language interpreters, actors, administrators, scientists, visual artists and physical therapists.
